Full Returns Policy :

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, with the swing tag still attached

All the information to return your order for exchange or refund can be found on the reverse of the card accompanying each garment. Please ensure you include your order number on this card so we can identify you. And either clearly write your exchange request or refund . You do not have to advise us on your return.

 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an automated email as supplied with your order to notify that your refund has been approved and authorised. Please allow up to 14 days.
After your garment/s has been inspected ,your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The funds will leave us immediately, processing time will depend on your banks policy before it appears in your account.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however can be exchanged.



Exchanges 
We will pay the outward shipping costs on exchanges to any order one time only, any addition exchange shipping costs will be charged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, with the swing tag still attached. Each garment is accompanied with a card on the reverse of this card contains the instructions to exchange and the return address. We will normally process your exchange within 2 working days of receipt, we will pay for the outward cost of your exchange only.

 

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product  along with the card containing instructions to: Explosive Fibres Limited, 12 Pennygillam Way, Pennygillam Ind. Estate, Launceston, Cornwall, GB PL15 7ED.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the reason for return is not your fault we will then reimburse you . Original shipping costs are non-refundable on refunds . 


We always advise a tracked shipping option including garment insurance. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of your return parcel.
