Full Shipping Policy :
Free Domestic and International Shipping for all orders over £150.00 (sterling). This is an automated discount and no code is required. This option cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer.
You are free to choose which option is more beneficial to you. Entering another discount code will cancel the free-shipping option.
Order Packing will take place for all orders received before 12 noon on any (UK) working day, on the same day of order.
This service will only be compromised on such days as sale days, new release days ,staff training days or scheduled maintenance days, we will then ship your order on a first come basis as quickly as possible.
Order Amendments: We will try to accommodate any changes to your order, however this is not possible after your order has been Fulfilled (packed).
UK orders will shipped using a next working day service, next working day delivery however is not guaranteed, as we cannot be held liable for our 3rd party couriers delays. If you are not available to receive your delivery , you will be given redelivery options by the courier.
We strongly recommend you to choose to collect from a convenient pick up location. If you waiver the proof of delivery signature and opt for the parcel to be put in a safe place, we can no longer guarantee delivery of your order, as we cannot be responsible for loss of your order from this safe place.
International orders will normally take between 2 and 8 working days depending on Global and regional location. Please be aware Customs clearance time is out of our control. If you are not available to receive your delivery , you will be given redelivery options by the courier. We strongly recommend you to choose to collect from a convenient pick up location.

We reserve the wright to cancel and fully refund any order that has an address that is uneconomical to deliver too.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Addresses cannot be altered or changed by us after fulfilment. It might be possible to change your delivery option to a convenient pickup point , this has to be done by you when the courier gives you delivery options.
We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address or incomplete address our shipping labels are fully automated with the address you state when ordering.
Automated email updates are given on receipt and fulfilment of your order, these can only be sent if you write your email when placing your order.
